America the aloof?

As a witness to current events I cant help but wonder what it is were really getting ready to do here. We all will be held accountable for this pending wave of Government "oversight". Republican, Democrat, and maybe even tree-hugging generations to come will look back with nostalgia, at a time when Americans were not so wreckless with their liberty. "How could we have been so blind" they'll ask. Then the opposition will respond, "well we told ya' this would happen". Like the Iraq war, complaining about our reasons for being there (six and-a half years later), will not change the fact that were there now. Our abilities to absorbe and to process information collectively, appeares to be dangerously aloof.
Are we really sure we want bigger Government? do we really know how much our taxes will go up? and i'm a little concerned with the notion that featured talking head Tom Brokow, is not even aware of Obama's foreign policy stance. Where  has Mr. Brokow been? Was his teleprompter down when he did the interveiw with P.B.S. several days ago?, (go ahead look it up...i'll wait), The fact of the matter is NOBODY knows who Barrack Obama is except The chosen few, the people in his inner circle, the millions who listen to talk radio, almost evey foreign Leader. These people could probably give a solid representation of Mr. Obama's intentions. Am i one of these people?,yes, Are you one of these people?, yes. Then where are the "Big Three"?  NBC, ABC, CBS, and their entire veiwing audience appear to have gone completely blind by choice, or by lead paint fumes. The majority of the American populous seem to be asleep at the wheel. Which brings us back to the original question," are we dangerously apathetic as a nation?" I dont beveive we are, and yet this is the nonsense being put forth to us by the Big Barack Obama 3, like a steady drip of vital medicine we are encouraged to consume this or.....well you know what vital means.

The future of today's media if Obama wins

We are currently witnessing the most partisan media in the history of the craft. Publication's such as the L.A. Times are willing
participants in leftist tactics. We are now seeing this "news outlet" refusing to release crucial video linking Sen. Obama to radical
anti-semite's. The American people need to see this video so they could judge for their selves whether this video is relevent or not.
The L.A. Times are evidently providing cover for Sen. Obama. We can also see, at a staggering rate, the "news network" MS NBC
wearing on their sleeve their devotion to Sen. Obama. All of this confounds me to levels which I have never felt before.
These news outlets owe it to their subscribers, and to their veiwers some sense of ethics in reporting. With the pending rebirth of the fairness doctrine, our great first amendment may be in jeopardy as well. An Obama victory in November will validate all of these in-savory media and Congressional  tactics. With A leftist Congress, their strives in these kinds directions could go unchecked.
We owe it to future generations, not to leave these kinds of partisan policies in place. I urge all who read this to stand up to, and
to hold these theories unacceptable. An Obama victory will re-enforce the elitist mantra, we report, we decide, what you should see and say.
